📋 Description Lead and develop a project accounting team. Oversee project accounting across varying project complexities. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Partner with project managers, IT, and finance to improve reporting. Drive process automation and standardization initiatives. Develop and maintain project accounting procedures and controls. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial operations, or project accounting. Advanced knowledge of project accounting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. Proven experience leading and developing accounting/finance teams. Experience managing workloads, resources, and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.
