DevX_POD Lead (Kotlin/Java)

📋 Description Lead day-to-day technical activities for an agile team. Refine backlogs into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria. Support sprint planning with technical approaches and estimates. Design, develop, and implement backend services and APIs using Kotlin and Java. Build and maintain microservices and REST APIs with scalable practices. Collaborate with developers, testers, product and stakeholders to improve products. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Eng or equivalent. Strong Kotlin experience; Java familiarity; willing to learn Kotlin. Proven technical leadership within Agile teams. Designing microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems. Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems. API development, SQL and relational databases, and HTML/JavaScript.
