📋 Description Drive end-to-end technical delivery through the build phase. Coordinate Product Owners, Chief Architect and engineering teams to maintain momentum. Oversee readiness of technical specifications and build artefacts before execution. Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies and decisions across workstreams. Provide governance, status reporting and escalation for timely decisions. Translate business and product intent into a coordinated technical execution plan. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field preferred. 10+ years experience in software development teams. Agile delivery certification (e.g. Scrum) with practical application. Strong grounding in secure software development and non-functional requirements. Experience with cloud-native, API-first microservices, and event-driven platforms. Proven leadership of large, multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
