Proven experience evaluating complex project scopes, costs, and regulatory alignment. Experience coaching analysts while staying hands-on. Strong regulatory knowledge; translate rules into criteria. 🎁 Benefits Salary range $145,000 - $165,000 USD. Fully remote within the United States.
