📋 Description Serve as primary finance partner to executives, shaping strategy. Translate business goals into financial plans and metrics. Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and planning. Analyze performance, identify risks, and drive improvements. Deliver timely reporting, forecasts, and insights to senior leaders. Build and develop a high-performing finance team. 🎯 Requirements 10-15 years of finance experience with FP&A leadership. Experience in complex multi-service orgs (consulting, data, healthcare). Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. Advanced degree or CPA certification is a plus. Deep FP&A expertise: budgeting, forecasting, reporting.
