📋 Description Define and design technical capabilities for space domain apps. Collaborate with tech, growth, and sales to translate needs into data/software products. Build scalable, high-performance solutions using astrodynamics and AI. Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on roadmap on time and budget. Communicate progress with stakeholders through concise technical writing and demos. Shape product roadmap with the Slingshot team and mitigate risks. 🎯 Requirements Active DoD Secret clearance 6+ years in senior engineering leadership roles (space industry preferred) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or STEM with focus on astrodynamics, space systems, modeling & simulation, or MBSE Technical expertise in space systems, systems engineering, and software development Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Kanban or equivalent methodologies Demonstrated ability to deliver technical roadmaps and manage risks 🎁 Benefits Equity opportunities Remote work in the US Impactful mission and product development opportunities Inclusive, equal-opportunity culture
