📋 Description Program Launch Mission management: own launches from start to finish. Plan and execute launch missions: schedules, interfaces, readiness reviews. Create redundancy to manage missions end-to-end. Prepare satellites for missions: manage deliverables and docs. Program Launch MGSE: build and deploy ground support equipment. Program contact: liaison with teams and launch providers (ExoLaunch/SpaceX). 🎯 Requirements Education: Master's degree in a related field. Experience: 0-3 years in space, aeronautics or automotive. Skills: Project management, satellite/space knowledge, Microsoft Office. Behavioral: Excellent communication, customer relations, problem solving, listening.
