AI Operations Engineer

📋 Description Design and build scalable systems and tooling for data pipelines and AI QC. Scale processes to improve customer support and value delivery. Drive execution of cross-functional projects, setting timelines and deadlines. Interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements Background in CS, engineering, or a quantitative field preferred. Hands-on Python coding; build tools from scratch, not just scripts. Navigating ambiguity and executing cross-functional projects well. Strong interpersonal skills; influence without authority. Comfortable with trade-offs and changing priorities. Deep interest in AI systems; AI/ML experience valued but not required.
