📋 Description Manage commercial plumbing projects from planning through closeout. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Oversee financials: forecasting, billing, change orders. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders. Subside field operations for safety, quality, and schedule. Lead project teams and maintain client relationships. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, PM (preferred) 5–10 years in commercial plumbing & fire protection PM Strong scheduling, budgeting, contract admin, change orders Experience with Procore and Microsoft Excel Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary Health Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO)
