📋 Description Execute sourcing strategies to fill roles with passive candidates. Collaborate with Recruitment Relationship Manager to shape strategies. Recommend enhancements to improve recruitment effectiveness. Drive best practice sourcing strategies and promote the AGS brand. Source candidates for open requisitions within client industries. Develop candidate pipelines and maintain candidate interactions. 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in relevant industry. Proven ability to creatively source via job boards, associations, referrals, social media and searches. Advanced knowledge of diversity sourcing within searches. In-depth industry knowledge.
