📋 Description Provide excellent service to residents and assist teammates. Follow AIR’s process for basic apartment turns. With guidance, complete repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances). May train other technicians and share skills. May assist with vendor quality and move-in/out inspections. Responsibilities vary by team, community needs, and season. 🎯 Requirements At least 2 years of maintenance experience. Proficient in two+ trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.). Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, on-call shifts. Reliable transportation for after-hours emergencies.
