Drive software–hardware platform integration with engineering teams. Monitor and report program metrics, risks, and milestones to leadership. Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and timelines. Champion best practices in hardware ops and program management. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in hardware operations or technical program management. 3+ years leading cross-functional hardware/software teams. 3+ years in software platform implementation and integration with hardware.
