Technical Project Manager

📋 Description Own end-to-end delivery of interface.ai's AI platform for assigned customers from contract to go-live. Build and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and trackers. Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout implementation. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to keep workstreams moving. Proactively identify project risks and remediation plans. Lead recurring status meetings and executive check-ins. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology or equivalent. 4+ years PM experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software for financial institutions. Experience leading large-scale multi-phase implementations with external customers. Proficiency with Gantt charts, Kanban, and project management tools; build detailed plans. Excellent verbal and written communication; exec status meetings.
