Lead digital workflows, scheduling, and white-glove service protocols. Shape practice culture, communication standards, and patient engagement in a startup. Protected time for urgent care, in-depth consults (50-min new, 25-min follow-ups). Fully remote, cash-pay model with no insurance billing. 🎯 Requirements US board-certified MD/DO in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. 3+ years outpatient practice. Active medical license (or eligibility). Experience in virtual care and/or concierge, DPC, or membership models. Strong track record of patient experience and clinical excellence.
