Director of Plant Engineering

📋 Description Lead industrial engineering initiatives across the plant. Provide design support for new and existing equipment. Identify and implement plant improvements to boost throughput, quality, safety. Own and improve preventive maintenance for plant equipment. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and systems issues to reduce downtime. Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment. 🎯 Requirements Self-starter who takes ownership of problems from diagnosis through resolution. Experience in industrial engineering, plant maintenance, or manufacturing ops. Hands-on mechanical aptitude with project and vendor management. Computer literacy: Word and Excel; setting up equipment and networks. Knowledge of environmental reporting and plant compliance. Strong cross-functional communication with production, safety, and management.
