Satellite Operations Manager

📋 Description Lead and develop a 24/7 satellite operations team. Oversee nominal and non-nominal spacecraft operations. Ensure operational readiness across shifts and peak mission support. Drive continuous improvement in processes and cross-functional coordination. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience leading teams in spacecraft or mission-critical operations. Strong understanding of spacecraft ops, telemetry, anomaly handling. Experience in 24/7 shift-based or high-reliability environments. Ability to coordinate across engineering, software, and operations. Nice to have: SAR, Earth Observation, or LEO constellation operations. Nice to have: Familiarity with anomaly review or flight software updates.
