Field Technician (UAV Flight Operations)

📋 Description Perform aircraft setup, flight hardware integration, and maintenance. Assist with aircraft component integration and ground-testing. Plan and coordinate flight testing campaigns for readiness. Operate and/or pilot unmanned aircraft during testing. Assess flight results, reporting and improving operations. Assist in developing aircraft and operations documentation. 🎯 Requirements Must have skills 3+ years as a specialist in unmanned systems, aircraft, or robotics. Hands-on prototyping with 3D printing, CAD, and UAV components. Strong field operations experience and practical problem solving. Good command of English, written and spoken. Nice to have skills Autopilot/GPS with ground software such as QGroundControl. Electronics background with field debugging skills. Familiar with lightweight composites and airframes.
