Configuration Manager

📋 Description Execute and support continuous improvement of CM SOPs. Establish and manage product baselines across PLM, ERP, MES. Manage day-to-day change processes: ECRs,ECOs,RFDs,RFWs; participate in CCB. Structure EBOM/MBOM and CIDL/ABCL configurations. Enforce item classification schemes, part numbering, and product breakdown structures. Train site personnel on CM processes, workflows, and system usage. 🎯 Requirements Engineering background (Bachelor’s in electrical, electronics, mechanical, aerospace, or relevant engineering). 4 to 6 years of CM experience in aerospace/defense/automotive. Working knowledge of CM standards (ECSS-M-ST-40, EIA-649, MIL-STD-973). Experience with hardware and/or software CM in a multi-domain product environment. Demonstrated experience processing change documentation and contributing to a CCB. Hands-on experience with at least one PLM system (Arena, Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia) and familiarity with MES or ERP. 🎁 Benefits Benefits designed to support health and wellbeing; vary by location.
