📋 Description Own end-to-end coding data projects from scoping to scale-up. Design agentic training workflows mirroring real SWE work. Define rubrics, golden sets, and reward signals. Evaluate data and worker output with strong SWE taste. Design and run qualification processes for coding workers. Set up complex environments (containers, repos, test harnesses). 🎯 Requirements 2–6+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong coding ability in at least one mainstream language. Taste for correctness, code quality, and real-world engineering. Reason about and debug environments (containers, tests). Own projects end-to-end: scoping, workflow, execution. Excellent written and verbal communication with senior engineers.
