📋 Description Provide excellent service to residents and assist teammates. Follow AIR’s process for apartment turns to prep for next move-in. Complete resident repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances). May train or guide other Maintenance Technicians. May assist with vendor quality and move-in/out inspections. Responsibilities vary by team needs and season. 🎯 Requirements At least 2 years of maintenance experience. Proficient in two or more trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair). Detail-oriented problem solver who fixes things right the first time. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts. Ability to read, write, and speak English.
