Lead Product Designer, Growth

📋 Description Lead design strategy for growth initiatives like onboarding, engagement, rewards. Design high-quality interactive experiences on iOS, Android, and web. Own projects end-to-end from concept through launch and iteration. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing to drive growth. Provide design direction and mentorship to other designers. Improve processes and scale best practices across design teams. Contribute to and expand the product design system; leverage AI tools. 🎯 Requirements Significant experience leading end-to-end design for consumer products. Strong visual design with design systems and brand focus. Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor others. Product thinking beyond visuals; strategic influence. Experience designing mobile and web apps. Excellent communication with tech and business stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Fintech experience is highly desirable.
