📋 Description Provide excellent service to residents and assist teammates. Follow AIR's process for basic apartment turns. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances. May provide direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians. May assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
