📋 Description Provide day-to-day support for Blackline and Kyriba users; troubleshoot issues. Configure and maintain system functionality, workflows, business rules, and settings. Support reconciliations, task management, variance analysis, and treasury. Monitor data integrity, performance, and operational effectiveness. Coordinate testing and validation for enhancements, upgrades, and changes. 🎯 Requirements 3–6+ years supporting financial, accounting, treasury, or enterprise apps. Experience with Blackline, Kyriba, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of close, reconciliation, cash management, or treasury. Troubleshooting system issues and driving resolution with stakeholders. Able to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
