FP&A Specialist — New Business & Governance

📋 Description Lead financial integration of new businesses into planning cycles (monthly close, forecast, budgets). Design governance frameworks: cost centers, reporting, controls, and KPIs. Establish executive governance routines for visibility and decision-making. Bridge operations, business, and finance teams to align priorities. Translate operational needs into financial models and consolidated views. Document processes and information flows to ensure scalability. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Proven experience managing complex projects within finance, FP&A, business planning, consulting, or strategic operations. Strong understanding of financial concepts, P&L structures, and financial flows. Excellent organizational skills in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
