📋 Description Lead Java/J2EE efforts; guide technical approaches for problems. Manage team delivery; unblock blockers; coordinate dependencies. Ensure code quality and test coverage with proper practices. Debug and analyze production issues; implement fixes. Design patterns and right frameworks for scalable apps. Provide requirement/impact analysis for new or modified apps. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years hands-on Java/J2EE incl Servlets, JSP, JDBC, SOAP. REST Web Services, JavaMail, XML parsers, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript. Frontend: AngularJS, ReactJS, Vue.js; strong JavaScript skills. Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat; Oracle & MySQL database expertise.
