Electronics R&D Test Lead

📋 Description Lead the electrical AIT team for new spacecraft subsystems. Run subsystem qualification and spacecraft-level testing. Debug electronics and software; root-cause analysis; rework PCBAs. Own the EGSE design/build for testing and integration. Support next-gen spacecraft integration and handover to production. Represent findings to design teams; drive design changes. 🎯 Requirements Experience leading people, or senior technical background aiming for leadership. Hands-on development, integration, testing of complex electronics. Strong debugging across electronics and software. AIT experience spanning software and electronics. Working knowledge of Python.
