📋 Description Design, build and own Duffel's core AI platform. Shape the technical direction for AI across the company. Design retrieval, grounding and evaluation for trustworthy AI. Lay foundations for memory and personalization of agents. Ship production AI agents solving real travel problems. Raise the engineering bar by mentoring and shaping AI strategy. 🎯 Requirements Experience designing and shipping production AI systems. Experience building AI infrastructure (orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, memory). Strong software engineering fundamentals; work across Elixir backend and TS frontend. Experience turning ambiguous problems into concrete direction. Strong judgement balancing experimentation with long-term platform investments.
