📋 Description On-site maintenance at Thornton, CO community. Use AIR tech to prioritize tasks and resolve requests. Turn apartments for move-ins and service requests. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances. Provide guidance and training to fellow Maintenance Technicians. Support vendor quality and may perform move-in/out inspections. 🎯 Requirements At least 2 years of maintenance experience. Proficient in at least two trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry. Flexible schedule: evenings, weekends, on-call. Reliable transportation to respond to emergencies. Able to move heavy equipment and perform physical work.
