📋 Description Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members. Complete basic apartment turns to prep units for move-in. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC, and appliances. May train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development. May assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections. Work varies by team skillset, community needs, and season. 🎯 Requirements At least 2 years of maintenance experience. Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry). Flexible schedule incl. evenings, weekends, and on-call. Reliable transportation to respond to emergency requests after hours. Comfortable with physical activity and moving heavy equipment.
