📋 Description Develop ECAD deliverables: schematics, PCBs, circuit assemblies, libraries, and BOMs. Support engineering teams with ECAD design expertise and collaboration with R&D engineers. Create and maintain electrical documentation per design standards and practices. Use PLM systems to archive, track, and control design docs. Support project intake, planning, execution, and progress reporting. Participate in technical meetings, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions. Ensure compliance with design standards, security, safety, and processes. Contribute to tracking, deliverables, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support for electrical design across programs. 🎯 Requirements Associate degree in engineering technology, electrical engineering, or related field. 6+ years (senior) or 8+ years (principal) in electrical design. Experience with ECAD tools to create schematics, PCBs, assemblies, libraries, and BOMs. Knowledge of PCB construction, fabrication, and assembly. Experience managing deliverables, tracking progress, supporting team objectives. Experience leading/supervising technical teams preferred. Familiarity with Altium ECAD and Siemens Teamcenter PLM. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio). Knowledge of power electronics, analog, digital, RF, EMI. Familiarity with IPC CID/CID+ standards.
