Apartment Maintenance Technician - The Adeline

📋 Description Provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members. Follow AIR’s process for basic apartment turns to prep units for new residents. Perform resident requested repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances). May provide direction and training to other technicians. Assist with vendor quality and move-in/out inspections. Responsibilities vary by team skills, community needs, systems and season. 🎯 Requirements Detail-oriented problem solver who fixes things right the first time. At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities or building environments. Proficient in two or more trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances). 🎁 Benefits Hourly pay rate of $23.00 per hour. Paid time off including vacation, sick time, and 14 holidays.
