Senior Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst

📋 Description Own financial models and reporting cycles for multiple clients (actuals, budgets, rolling forecasts). Build and maintain standardized Excel models following best practices. Review and oversee model updates using AI tools to accelerate variance analysis and reporting. Create dashboards and executive-ready reporting materials for urgent needs and long-term improvements. Deliver actual vs budget vs forecast analysis with clear narratives and actions. Partner with CFOs and leaders as a trusted financial advisor. 🎯 Requirements 3 to 6 years of FP&A/financial analysis experience. Proven experience building financial models from scratch in Excel. Experience using AI tools in financial modeling, analysis, or reporting; willingness to learn AI. Experience creating client-facing dashboards, reports, or executive presentations.
