Apartment Maintenance Technician - Indigo Creek

📋 Description Provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members. Follow AIR’s process for basic apartment turns to prep for move-in. Perform resident repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances). May train other technicians and support skill development. Assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections. Responsibilities vary with team skillset, community needs, and season. 🎯 Requirements At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities/building environments. Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry). Flexible schedule: evenings, weekends, on-call; current Tue-Sat 9am-6pm; on-call Fri every 3 weeks. Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests. Comfortable with physical activity; move heavy equipment.
