📋 Description Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members. Follow AIR's process for basic apartment turns to prep for move-in. Complete resident repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC). May provide direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians. Assist with vendor quality management and move-in/out inspections. Responsibilities vary by team skills, needs, systems and season. 🎯 Requirements At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities. Proficient in two or more trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.). Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts. Reliable transportation to respond after hours.
