Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (service, licensing, partnerships, IP). Ensure UK/EU fintech regulatory compliance; licensing with banks. Manage IP like trademarks; Cyprus IP Box; support M&A due diligence. Use AI tools to streamline legal research, drafting, and document management. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years as Legal Counsel or corporate lawyer. Strong corporate law, contracts, regulatory compliance. Experience across UK, Cyprus, EU. Fintech, payments, e-money or financial services regulation. In-house corporate governance and incorporations. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal writing.
