DEI Program Manager

📋 Description Partner with Global DEI to design and activate regional strategy, goals, and priorities. Lead and manage North America DEI programs with strategy execution and metrics. Own design, delivery, and evaluation of inclusive learning and development programs. Provide leadership for North American Business Inclusion Group and Regional Inclusion Council. Partner with Marketing/Comms to enhance inclusive content strategy and messaging. Proactively identify risks and drive solutions to maintain momentum. 🎯 Requirements 2-3 years in program or project management; DEI/change management experience preferred. Ability to work across functions, geographies and multinational backgrounds. Navigate ambiguity in complex environments; clarify direction and influence stakeholders. Experience using technology to build content calendars, email campaigns, newsletters. Advanced skills with Microsoft Office.
