📋 Description Collaborate with product teams to define requirements and verification strategies. Develop test strategies, plans, and cases; oversee execution and automation. Refine QA methodologies and testing frameworks to adapt to evolving needs. Lead defect triage and resolution; drive continuous quality improvements. Participate in design reviews and contribute to white-box testing. Mentor junior QA engineers with guidance and best practices. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. 7+ years in QA/testing/engineering or related disciplines. Proven experience developing test strategies, plans, and quality methodologies. Strong understanding of requirements, quality practices, defect management, and automation. Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership within QA/engineering teams.
