📋 Description Work with CTO to set IT vision focused on VFX workflows Lead Local IT Managers, Global Systems Engineer, and admins Oversee IT infrastructure design and implementation across locations Manage a globally distributed IT staff Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and outages Maintain security standards across all locations 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in CS/IS or equivalent 7-10 years IT leadership in creative/tech firms Experience supporting 2D/3D apps: Nuke, 3DS Max, Maya, Houdini Strong communication and organizational skills; vendor/recruiting relationships Active Directory and MS apps (DNS, GPO, DHCP, DFS) VMware ESXi; monitoring (Nagios/Grafana); licensing (FlexLM/RLM); AWS
