📋 Description Build the intelligence layer to map work across people, code, systems, and AI. Create agents/workflows using Faros's context to aid planning, delivery, and decision-making. Design context systems, memory, tooling, and retrieval for reliable AI in enterprise software. Build evaluation frameworks for humans, AI, and human-AI systems. Develop reusable platform capabilities to build, deploy, govern, and improve AI-powered workflows. Rapidly experiment with models and tools to turn ideas into customer-facing capabilities. 🎯 Requirements Strong software engineering fundamentals History of building products, systems, tools, or automation Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently Experience using AI to accelerate development, research, or decision-making Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous environments Ability to rapidly move from idea to implementation
