📋 Description Own the global capability model across manufacturing roles. Redesign the training operating model with blended learning and hands-on labs. Stand up an MVP training center and evolve into a scalable academy. Deliver global training for new sites and localization programs. Build scalable content and a train-the-trainer network. Align cross-functional stakeholders to prevent ramp disruptions. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience building and scaling technical capability programs in hardware manufacturing. Strong understanding of production ramp-up/industrialization for rapid operation. Demonstrated ability to create competency frameworks and certification pathways. Hands-on credibility with production operations (AIT/integration/test, QMS, logistics). Experience setting up or running a training center/academy in manufacturing.
