📋 Description Manage schedule priorities and meet production timelines. Independently perform tasks per detailed work instructions. Operate ground support equipment for test operations. Communicate proactively with team members and supervisors. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and implement corrective actions. Train and mentor junior technicians. 🎯 Requirements Degree in Aeronautical Eng, Space Studies, Applied Physics, or related field (or equivalent). 2+ years hands-on testing/setup experience. Excellent communication; attention to detail; English proficiency. Lab equipment experience: power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes. Proficient in Linux; able to run Python or Shell scripts for tests.
