📋 Description Lead day-to-day accounting ops: AR, AP, invoicing, collections, payments, cash mgmt. Establish, document, maintain accounting policies, controls, and training. Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end closes and reporting. Own ERP system; drive enhancements and scalability. Lead regulatory reporting across state and federal requirements. Build and develop a high-performing accounting organization. 🎯 Requirements Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Active CPA certification. 10+ years in accounting, financial reporting, and finance ops. Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, risk management.
