📋 Description Act as 3rd line escalation point for complex SharePoint incidents Lead upgrade of SharePoint Server 2019 to SharePoint Subscription Edition Administer and support SharePoint Online in Microsoft 365 Monitor performance, availability, security, and reliability Troubleshoot advanced SharePoint infrastructure and application issues Collaborate with technical teams to maintain secure collaboration environments 🎯 Requirements Demonstrated experience supporting SharePoint Server 2019 and SharePoint Subscription Edition Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365 Experience administering enterprise SharePoint environments Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies including OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange Online Experience using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102) certification preferred
