📋 Description Project & budget management: schedules, budgets, resources, scope, on-time delivery. CAD drawings: Boundary, Topographic, ALTA/NSPS, Land Title. Agency compliance: Submittals with city/county/regulators; bid docs coordination. Boundary analysis, closure calculations, and staking support. Client/stakeholder comms to streamline execution. Supervisory: direct field crews; manage scheduling and performance. 🎯 Requirements Education & Licensing: PLS certification required. 5+ years surveying/mapping experience. 3+ years of direct management/supervisory experience. Strong CA surveying regulations, municipal standards. Experience with construction staking calculations and cost estimates.
