📋 Description Lead development and design of Java applications in finance. Provide technical leadership across the SDLC. Mentor team members and manage small-to-mid projects. Design solutions that meet business needs and standards. Lead testing efforts: unit, integration, performance, UAT. Ensure deployment success and smooth transition to maintenance. 🎯 Requirements 7-10 years Java development exp; finance lending a plus. 7 years TDD exp or 10 years comparable. 3 years SDLC experience (Agile/SCRUM/Waterfall). 3 years designing Java solutions (Spring/Struts/Hibernate/Angular). 3 years SQL/PLSQL with relational databases. Bachelor's degree in CS/Eng/Math or related field.
