Senior Analyst/Associate - OTC Confirmations Drafting

📋 Description Review, draft, and manage OTC derivative confirmations to ensure accurate trade documentation and risk mitigation. Support confirmation process for OTC equity structured products with internal teams and counterparties. Analyze and resolve trade confirmation discrepancies, economic breaks, and documentation issues. Collaborate with counterparties, legal teams, trading desks, risk teams, and other stakeholders to resolve confirmations. Draft ad-hoc confirmation requests based on business requirements and counterparty needs. Create and maintain confirmation templates with required approvals from relevant stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements 2–3 years drafting OTC derivative confirmations; ISDA Equity/Swap definitions. Experience drafting OTC equity structured products (Autocalls, Swap/Option strategies). Strong understanding of OTC trade lifecycle and documentation. Identify documentation risks, resolve breaks, and propose practical solutions. Collaborate with legal, risk, trading, and operations teams.
