📋 Description Support financial governance, integrity, and payroll reporting globally. Prepare payroll journals and balance sheet reconciliations. Investigate variances between payroll outputs and records. Manage employee debt recovery balances and related adjustments. Produce payroll reports and cost analyses for decision-making. Support payroll audits, compliance and process improvements incl. AI. 🎯 Requirements Bachelors degree or M.Com/MBA in Finance/Commerce/Accounting or related. 3+ years experience in Finance, Accounting, Payroll Finance, R2R, GL. Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis. Part-qualified or pursuing CA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA.
