Proven Technical Lead experience guiding development teams in ServiceNow. Expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation, CSM, and integrations. SOA/web services integration, including SOAP/WSDL and REST. LDAP, Active Directory, and ADFS for authentication. ITIL v4 Certification.
