📋 Description Design engaging online learning experiences focused on AI, data, and tech. Lead curriculum projects from planning to delivery; manage timelines and quality. Translate business objectives into instructional strategies and solutions. Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, account managers, and teams to develop programs. Recommend instructional approaches, delivery methods, and learner engagement strategies. Provide guidance on best practices and innovate to enhance learning. 🎯 Requirements 5–7 years of experience in instructional design or L&D. Proven experience designing corporate training for AI, data, tech areas. Strong expertise in live virtual and self-paced online learning. Solid understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies. Experience managing multiple learning projects with client objectives and timelines. Must be based in Canada and work EST hours. 🎁 Benefits CAD 105,000–134,000 salary based on experience. Remote-first work environment; work from anywhere in Canada.
