📋 Description Lead end-to-end design projects from research to delivery. Collaborate with PMs, engineers, marketing, and sales to drive user-centered solutions. Conduct usability studies and research to inform decisions. Manage research operations: recruitment, study coordination, and docs. Translate research findings into clear recommendations and narratives. Contribute to design systems and accessibility practices across products. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience leading strategic product design with ownership and autonomy. Strong full design process: discovery, IA, UX flows, interaction and UI design. Experience conducting independent user research and usability testing. Ability to prototype, communicate concepts, and tell compelling product stories. Strong understanding of accessibility, design consistency, and quality standards.
